Engineering Design Lab

Semester 2 only (Spring)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

In the Engineering Design lab elective, students will have the opportunity to gain a firm understanding of the engineering design process through participation in The Silicon Valley Engineering Tech Challenge. You will engage in various stages, from conceptual design and assessing optimal solutions to prototyping and implementing projects, all while collaborating in teams to create effective problem-solving strategies. Students will apply math, science, and engineering principles to hands-on projects, addressing challenges independently and as part of a team, and documenting their progress in an engineering notebook.
